

Who We Are
The Aerospace Interest Group strives to further expand the Colorado School of Mines’ brand in the aerospace industry by increasing knowledge of Mines’ contributions to the aerospace community, expanding Mines’ student and alumni networking opportunities as well as Mines’ reputation in space resources. In addition, the Aerospace Interest Group's goal is to increase industry opportunities for mentoring aerospace-related student projects including advanced manufacturing/materials, space power systems, human factors, software, and RF.

What We Do
The Mines Aerospace Interest Group hold their flagship event, Trajectories, every fall on the School of Mines Campus. This event highlights the individuals and stories that have shaped the field, and all are invited to attend. The group also represents Mines at a number of local and national aerospace events, conferences, and symposiums.
