Who We Are

K12 and Community College Partnerships expands and strengthens pathways to Mines through guaranteed admissions partnerships with school districts and Mines Academy, our transfer program. Competition for future STEM students is intense so we develop robust engagement in our partnerships to ensure a strong recruitment pipeline. Part of Enrollment Management, we work collaboratively with Admissions, academic departments, faculty, and students to open opportunities through outreach and engagement to support future classes of Orediggers.

What We Do

We seek alumni and friends to support the high school and transfer pathway to Mines. Volunteer with us to engage with future generations of Orediggers! In high schools, volunteers are needed to support high school STEM programs and classrooms, such as provide input to a senior capstone project, judge engineering or science presentations or participate in a career fair. Volunteers can also support transfer students in our Mines Academies at local community colleges by sharing your Mines and career experiences as part of a career panel, guest speaker or lunch and learn sessions.  Be inspired by these bright minds and help us develop the future STEM workforce!
